Credit Policy
Credit Application
Each customer must complete a credit application in its entirety to qualify for credit terms. For promotional companies, credit card payment on the first order is recommended to avoid delay while undergoing a credit check.

Credit Limits are determined at the discretion of G&G Brands on an individual basis using available credit information on each customer and relevant environmental factors.
Credit Terms
Credit qualification is determined at the discretion of G&G Brands on an individual basis using available credit information on each customer and relevant environmental factors. If a customer qualifies for the credit, standard credit terms of net 30 days are extended from invoice date unless otherwise stated. The monthly interest payment is added at a rate of 1.5% per month for late payments.
Customers not qualifying for credit must prepay for their order.
For custom orders, payment must be received prior to customization unless customer is on terms.
For stock orders, payment must be received prior to shipping.
Invoices and Statements
Invoices are emailed upon shipping. Statements are emailed each month to all customers with a balance on account.
Payment Options
E-transfer and electronic funds transfer (EFT) are accepted for all invoices.
Payment can also be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) at the time of shipping for no additional fee. If terms are taken, payments made by credit card will be assessed a 3% surcharge.
Collection Process

The customer has 10 days to make payment. If no progress is made, the account is placed in collections with a third-party collections agency.
The final action to collect outstanding payments is legal action which is assessed on an individual basis.
